Article 4. - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
4.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to the person (s) / organization at the address indicated, with the exceptions following. In order to use the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by fax, e-mail or telephone (by using the withdrawal form attached to the distance contract or in other ways) by obtaining the confirmation of the SELLER. Article 5. - LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5.1. 5.7. The SELLER is liable to inform the BUYER in case it is not possible to fulfill its obligations, due to force majeure including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, general strike, cease of transportation.
5.8. For the circumstances where there is no provision in this contract, the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the relevant regulation will be applied.
5.9. Up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade each year and for all kinds of complaints and objections and other disputes related to this contract, the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committees in the place of residence of the BUYER and SELLER are authorized. The Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for the disputes above the said value.
In cases where this contract is electronically approved by the BUYER or the payment is made at the residential address, it enters into force on the date of signing the distance sales contract and payment.
